"My name is Caroline Walker! I am a senior and this is my last year cheering! I have been cheering with champions in motion for about 7 years and have learned so much from it! I also am doing an internship with the company as an assistant coach this year! I hope to go straight in to nursing school once I graduate and continue to help coach Rockingham Cheer!"
My name is Madison Wilkes, I am a senior at Scotland Early College High School. After graduation, I plan to continue my education at Richmond Community College and pursue my Associates in Nursing Degree. Then, I will attend UNCP for my Bachelors in Nursing Degree. I fell in love with cheer at the age of 7 when I cheered for Parks and Recreation. I first joined Champions in Motion in Summer of 2013 at the age of 12 at the Laurinburg location. The following year I transferred to Rockingham where I have been for the past 5 years. I have performed at a total of 5 national competitions. Our team received first place in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am gonna miss cheering for RCE but unfortunately all things must come to an end. However, it’s not goodbye because I will be at every competition continuing to cheer my girls on as they rock the mat.
"Hello, my name is Aiyana Lynch. I am currently a senior at Western Alamance High School and a member of the Haliwa-Saponi Indian Tribe in Hollister, North Carolina. I have been cheering for 7 years and all 7 have been under the coaching of Heather Fahnrich! I started on level 3 and gradually worked my way up to the highest level in the state of North Carolina…LEVEL 7!! After high school, I plan on attending the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) to pursue a degree in Nursing. These past 7 years have been some of the best years of my life. I never knew that I could grow to love a sport so much! I want to thank not only God, but my family as well for making these past 7 years possible. The friendships I have made over the past 7 years have now become unbreakable. I am beyond grateful for each of my teammates, thanks to their unconditional love and support, they have helped build me into the strong, independent young woman I am today. Once I graduate high school and go to my last ever Nationals, I will definitely miss all of my teammates and my extraordinary coach. I wish I could cheer with these girls for the rest of my life, but we all have to graduate and move on to bigger things! I plan to tryout for the UNCP Spirit Squad for the 2019-2020 year, so I can hopefully continue my passion for cheerleading! And to all my BC teammates and my BC Coach, I love you all so much and I am gonna miss you guys more than you’ll ever know!Once a BC cheerleader, ALWAYS a BC cheerleader!"
"I started cheering with Coach Heather when I was in the 7th grade. So this makes my 6th year cheering. I have been doing school cheer as well for 5 years. I am currently enrolled at Durham Tech and plan to continue my education there after I graduate and later transferring to East Carolina University. What I will miss the most is the rush of hitting the floor with my team and when we hit the skills we had been working towards for the whole season.
"My name is Sydney and I’ve been cheering with coach heather for almost 13 years. My love for cheer has never stopped, I cheered all of middle school and I’m currently on the varsity cheer team at Williams High School. My plans after high school are to go to acc (Alamance community college) for two years and transfer to a university!! I plan to stick around burlington for a while after high school and during college because I am most definitely a homebody. The thing I will miss most about cheering with coach heather, mama pat and my team are the people, the bonds ive made with these girls and my coaches that I know will last me a lifetime. These aren’t just my best friends but my family, they’ve seen me grow up and become the person I am today. Without cheerleading I wouldn’t be that person, I am who I am because of cheerleading and all the special people it has put in my life. I am forever grateful for the things that cheerleading has taught me, the confidence it has brought me and the family I look forward to having forever."

My family has really enjoyed our envolvement with this great program! We have tried all the sports and find that each is unique yet the same basic principals apply, especially the huge emphasis on SAFETY! As a parent, this is so important and I have always felt confident leaving my child at class!
ACTIVSTARS has brought many years of fun, excitiment and positive memories to me and my kids! One did Cheerleading for several years and the other enjoyed both Soccer and Martial Arts for the greater part of elementary school. Now, I am excited my first grandaughter has joined the program, I see many improvements and innovations made but the same great quality! Ready for many more years involved with this Great Organization!
